Health and wellbeing consultant, Maria Passlow, uses counselling, health education and exercise instruction to work with clients to address sleep issues; weight management and nutrition; chronic pain management without medications; life transitions and decision-making; life balance – work/play/family/self.
Maria is a Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach with additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi), pain management and weight management. She has over 30 years of experience as a registered nurse and over 10 years as a certified fitness instructor.
